It's that easy:

1. Click on “Login” or “My account” in the top right-hand corner.
2. Enter the email address you used when taking out your insurance policy and then select “Forgotten password.” You can set your password via an email you will receive from us.
3. That's it - you now have access to your personal area!
4. If your email address appears as unknown, please feel free to contact our customer service team on 0800 014 400. We will be happy to help you.
